What We Are Currently Looking For:


This key member of our marketing team will be responsible for:

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for all business locations across multiple platforms

  • Generate, edit and publish content daily across multiple channels (orginal text, images, videos, etc.) leveraging tools such as HubSpot

  • Collaborate with on-site teams to create compelling organic and paid content

  • Act as liaison overseeing and supporting social media planning and activities ensuring brand integrity, asset quality and effectiveness of content strategy

  • Utilize social listening tools such as HubSpot and Mention to monitor and respond to all social media interactions

  • Manage the strategy, set-up and reporting of all paid social campaigns utilizing Facebook Business Manager

  • Measure, analyze and optimize both paid and organic metrics and adjust strategies to improve overall social media efforts

  • Prepare and distribute reports based on social media marketing efforts


Candidates who apply should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in social media role (internship experience will be considered)

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs

  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills are necessary

  • Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Design skills a plus

Your mission is to grow our reach, engage our audience and spread our message, leveraging all social media platforms.</p><p>You will be responsible for helping to create and implement our social media and advocacy strategies.<br></p><p>You will be directly responsible for sourcing, creating, scheduling, and analyzing posts across various social media networks. You'll work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Teams at TrainHeroic.</p><p>For many, this level of autonomy and responsibility is terrifying. For the right person, it’s the perfect position. This role requires an ideal team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.<br></p><p>Test, measure, learn.
