Social Media Specialist
Shift: Full-time
Schedule: Non-Exempt
Location: Silverdale WA
Salary: $23.00-$30.00 DOE
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company. Additionally, the Social Media Specialist will be required to collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns, as well as enhance the company brand and build strong online communities through various social media platforms. This position requires one to be self-directed and highly organized as it will play a critical role with helping shape the brand narrative internally and externally.
Where you'll spend your time:
Partnering with the Media Director to develop and implement content strategy and own monthly editorial calendar for all social channels
Generate and curate content for social media platforms, web pages, blog posts and other mediums ensuring that all content is aligned with the social and marketing voice
Monitor all social media activity and manage negative conversations using social listening tool
Identify trends, relevant news and other opportunities in the social media space, helping to increase Northridge4x4's brand voice and sustain brand affinity and loyalty
Maintain awareness and understanding of emerging social media platforms and best-in-class tactics being used by others, as well as look for opportunities to innovate
Analyze campaign and activation results and determine audience behavior and engagement to ensure that insights are integrated into current and future strategies, as well as develop frameworks to help refine our social media strategies.
You will leverage social listening insights and other research inputs to optimize the social strategy across channels and to influence future social content and messaging strategies.
Interact daily with our customers on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and 'X" (Twitter) answering comments and inquiries.
As designated, may represent Northridge4x4 as a spokesperson in an on-camera capacity.
Occasionally attend trade shows or conferences (1-2 per year)

You have / Are:
Degree in Marketing or related field plus 3-5+ years of experience developing and executing social media marketing.
Proven experience in growing social audiences
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, 'X' (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok and other emerging social media platforms
Strong understanding of social media KPIs and social media reporting platforms
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to balance your creativity while being goal and metrics driven
Proficient with posting tools like Sprout
Photography skills and proficiency in Photoshop a plus
Passion for and knowledge of Jeeps and other 4x4s a plus
