Netskope is looking for a Social Media Specialist, who is creative, well-organized, and a compelling communicator to help elevate and increase awareness around the Netskope brand and offering. The successful candidate needs to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and campaigns, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create an engaging and successful promotional calendar. This person is a social media-savvy professional with a proven track record of delivering integrated social communication strategies that deliver measurable increases in brand awareness and customer engagement.
Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Drive overall awareness and engagement to Netskope content by crafting on-brand copy and helping to develop our brand voice
Manage social focused campaigns working closely with sales and executive leaders to create specific narratives around campaign content
Own our social listening platform, providing regular reports and being the main point of contact for social listening and sentiment analysis around our brand identity and our platform
Help develop social copy for employees and executives and work to promote employee engagement and advocacy across the organization
Collaborate with other departments, external vendors, and agency partners to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles. Working with regional teams and tracking the performance of regional and language based channels
Collaborate with teams responsible for PR, content, demand generation, and creative
Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media as well as conversations in the cybersecurity space
2+ years of social media and communications experience
Demonstrated ability to understand technology and technical buyers
Proven content writing/copywriting experience, enabling you to capture complex ideas and express them in a clear, concise, and engaging style
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram) and social media tools (Sprout Social and Google Analytics)
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns
Ability to collaborate and build great relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
Critical thinker and problem solver
