We are looking for a qualified Social Media Specialist to join our team. If you have a talent for creating pitch-perfect social copy that grabs instant attention, know your way around the latest platform trends, and can craft an Insta Story as naturally as you shoot photos and video from your smartphone, then we would like to meet you.
Manage different online community channels and social media on a regular basis.
Strategize, organize and build content for social media to engage the online audience and increase traction on the different channels.
Create and incorporate social media strategies through competitive analysis, channel recognition, benchmarking, advertising, and audience recognition.
Generate, edit, publish and distribute everyday content that establishes positive connections and inspires community members to take action.
Continuously develop by capturing and analyzing applicable social data / metrics, observations and best practices, and then acting on information
Explore the new task of the platforms and suggest new interaction positions accordingly.
Track the results of the campaign, compile lessons, and change the strategy to further boost the results of the campaign and reach the KPI of the campaign.
Track the activities of the social media rival, produce results and provide sufficient analysis
Project, submit, and use the budget online and offline.
Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media or Public Relations
Good communication skills in English is a must-have (proficiency in an additional language is a plus point)
Previous work experience managing social media platforms and content creation is preferred
Excellent understanding of local communities
