Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the organic content creation and posting on various social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Your primary goal will be to engage our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our website.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with our marketing goals and objectives.

• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.

• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to improve our social media presence.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.

• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on the performance of social media channels.

• Identify and engage with influencers and industry thought leaders to expand our reach and increase brand visibility.

• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Strong understanding of social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret social media metrics to drive actionable insights.

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and other marketing automation tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
