SOCIAL MEDIA SPECALIST Status: Exempt / SALARYEssential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)Eligibility/Selection/Enrollment/Attendance: * Responsible for directly maintaining and managing the day-to-day needs and operations related to the outlined systems as necessary to maintain the Marketing and Branding needs of the Community Relations Development & Communication (CRDC) Team. These efforts are primarily focused on becoming an influencer to our external constituent populations and our internal staff Teams. The key deliverable will be to implement and manage CC Idaho's social medial presence and to grow our footprint and engagement with our significant communities * Work with Communications to ensure that social media and WEB content is informative, on-message, timely (and updated), interesting, and maintains the standards of the CC Idaho Style guidelines * Manage and oversee CC Idaho social media and web content posting, monitor for compliance CC Idaho * Work with the CRDC Team to develop appropriate KPI's and monitor them to determine our market penetration, measure the success of social media, web and e-newsletter, and marketing campaigns * Maintain appropriate communications databases related to contact strategies and applicable CRM's. Maintain all databases associated with marketing, donors, and other identified constituents * Work within the Communications plan to monitor and maintain the brand standards and content integrity within the CC Idaho Website and its approved content editors * Participate in, act as a resource to, and maintain the meeting schedule for the CC Idaho Communication's Committee, managing and monitoring the committee meetings and task group progress for the Assistant Director- CommunicationsQualifications/BenefitsQualificationsRequired * Associates degree and some previous experience creating social media content and managing social media accounts/platforms * Proficient/bi-lingual in English and Spanish in both speaking and writing skills * Able to work in a fast paced and growing environment * Organized, efficient and self-driven/motivated * Ability to prioritize workload, to work with limited supervision, and driven to meet deadlines * Sales/marketing experience preferred * Ability to work within a Team driven environment, will also be while also being able to work independently, and act strategically * Basic experience with social media scheduling and analytics, experience with WEB management/editing, and basic familiarity with dashboards and other metrics * Organized, efficient and self-driven/motivated * Ability to travel frequently and overnight both in-state and out of state * Current driver's license and proof of auto insurance * Must pass a background checkRequired Physical Demands * Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl; to reach with hands and arms; to climb or balance; and smell * Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsWork EnvironmentWork in an office or classroom setting; may be exposed to electrical shock and fumes or airborne particles; the work may be stressful; the noise level is moderate to elevatedBENEFITS:If you are interested in becoming a leader, making a difference, and inspiring others then apply today to become a part of CC Idaho's team.We offer a wide range of benefits.
