ROLE DESCRIPTION
A post-secondary educational institution is looking for a top-notch Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The right candidate for this position will possess a balance of marketing and analytical skills and be the key marketing partner to the Marketing Director, responsible for executing the marketing strategy for a wide range of educational programs across multiple campuses.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and enrollments, including digital media, social, email, print media, outdoor, direct mail, partnerships, etc.;
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like lead generation campaigns, PPC, social media, content creation, content curation, events, and publicity
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to develop and identify target audiences and define strategies and tactical plans to engage them
Work closely with our key marketing partners on all marketing/creative briefs, ensuring that the assets and messaging are consistent across all customer touchpoints, engage the target audience and drive resp
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Develop marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Develop and maintain clear dashboards/reports that summarize campaign performance across the predetermined KPIs/metrics:
Monitor and share topline numbers with the Marketing Director;
Measure and manage campaign costs, efficiencies and ROI;
Analyze and identify optimization recommendations to drive improved performance;
Provide on-site event support for key events
Qualifications
Demonstrate experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of and experience with using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Social Media ad management tools
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Content marketing experience preferred
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
