Social Media Manager

We are in search of a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and revolutionize our online presence. As part of our team, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling campaigns, engaging with our community across various platforms, and analyzing performance to optimize ROI.

This is a hybrid position – 3 days in office in Bellevue, WA

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Create, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to drive leads and meet performance objectives.
• Platform Expertise: Navigate social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to leverage their advertising and non-paid capabilities.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to align paid social media campaigns with overall content strategy and brand messaging.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, forecast results, and propose adjustments to optimize ROI.
• Budget Management: Efficiently allocate budgets across various paid social media channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Brand Representation: Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers and acquire new ones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS B2B social media marketing.
• Experience in leveraging social media for PLG and SLG strategies as well as product lifecycle marketing in the SaaS space.
• Experience in creating, managing, and measuring campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
