Responsibilities

BASIC PURPOSE: Leads organic and paid social media programs for Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) including the brand blog.

Responsible for planning, content curation, content creation, campaign execution, reporting, monitoring, social engagement and influencer marketing program. Leads testing and optimization across social media and blog initiatives.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and manage social media and blog calendars based on insights from Public Relations, Marketing and program performance with the purpose of driving demand for RSSC.

Support strategic development of social media and blog programs and effectively execute against annual plan in partnership with Director of Digital Marketing.

Curate and create compelling content for social media channels and blog in partnership with PR, Marketing, and Onboard teams. Includes management of UGC content curation program.

Monitor inquiries and comments that come in through social media channels as part of Community Management and determine proper steps for response management including replying on behalf of the brand where relevant.

Engage and interact with the social community across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) to develop and grow social media audiences and overall guest engagement.

Manage and execute paid social media plan to drive leads and bookings. Includes campaign asset development with Creative team.

Develop and maintain all social media and blog reports. Provide recommendations for program optimization based on data insights.

Develop and execute overarching social media and blog test plan. Partner with Marketing Analytics team to provide social media data for consolidated business reports.

Lead RSSC Influencer Marketing program including influencer valuation, incentivization, social content requirements, and program reporting.

Manage brand YouTube channel including video uploads, inventory and performance reports.

Manage budget and social media tools and resources including tool assessment, contracts and renewals, vendor relationships, and maintenance.

Develop standards and best practices for the creation, distribution, maintenance, retrieval and repurposing of content. Collaborate with Marketing team members to ensure that all digital content aligns with overarching brand message and maintains a consistent voice, tone and visual look and feel that is within Brand Guidelines.

Monitor travel advisor social participation and present opportunities for corporate and co-op programs.

Build tracking codes and mange pixel placements to ensure data and reporting hygiene with proper Q/A.

Work closely with the Search team in the development and enhancement of unique content strategies.

Track, research and report on social media trends, tools and competitive activity.

Perform other job related functions as assigned.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

EXPERIENCE: 6-8 years of digital marketing and social media experience with strong writing/content development and reporting/analytical skills.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Advanced knowledge, experience and passion for social media marketing and blog management including but not limited to organic social, paid social, influencer marketing, and Community Management.

Demonstrated strength and ability to lead social media planning and execution. Exceptional writing skills with storytelling ability and possession of visual brand identity skills. Able to provide proven examples.

Demonstrated understanding of and experience with brand marketing. Exceptional attention to detail including proofreading skills. Demonstrated understanding of and experience with A/B testing and creative optimization.

Experience with developing custom audiences and managing data models in the social space to optimize program performance. Excellent communications skills to effectively partner with management, cross-functional teams and with Digital Marketing vendors. Ability to effectively use diplomacy in conflict resolution and problem-solving matters.

Work well under pressure and maintain professionalism in a high-paced department. Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in an environment with changing business demands. Excellent organizational skills to effectively and efficiently execute campaigns.

Ability to find creative solutions in the midst of complex technical constraints. Ability to provide recommendations based on data insights. Advanced experience with Social Media & Blog Tools such as:

Hootsuite, WordPress, Social Studio, Stackla, Crimson Hexagon, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram Insights. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

VIEW JOBS 10/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-08T00:00 Responsibilities BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Digital Product Manager role is to serve as the stakeholder/subject matter expert for Regent Seven Seas Cruises' website, working closely with the website development team to provide direction on and prioritization of all functional enhancements. End-to-end responsibility for product decisions and outcomes related to one or more digital solutions, with a mission to deliver continuous improvement, shape and implement solutions that transform travel advisor and guest experiences. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate the vision, strategy and roadmap of the RSSC website and align it with the overall strategic direction. Groom best-in-class product features with detailed analysis of impact vs value. Manage a prioritized backlog that is always synchronized - ensure the stories (and defects) that are the top priority are always understood, and the stories for the immediate release are understood. Negotiate priority and scope regularly, at least weekly, to stay aligned with evolving stakeholder needs. Ensure the backlog exists, is prioritized, and is clear, observing the contribution to stories and tasks from Team Members. Actively lead daily business analysis, transforming business requirements into user stories and defining acceptance criteria for the current and next iteration. Conduct team estimation sessions using data-driven and point-based approach. Work collaboratively across teams, building consensus and trust with stakeholders outside of marketing, and alignment around common corporate goals. Communicate the team's work status to the stakeholder community (along with educating the stakeholders on the delivery process), including announcing all releases. Coordinate with teams outside of the core project team to communicate impacted audiences and nature of impact, ensuring readiness and adoption. Educate the team in various aspects of the business domain, devoting ample time to team discussions on the business intent/motivations for stories (particularly during Iteration Planning and Modeling). Facilitate ad-hoc features modeling with pre-planning meetings to always be a few steps ahead of the next Iteration, or Release. Track down answers (domain information) to ensure timely decisions, and coordinate access to domain experts when more appropriate than relaying the information directly. Organize and participate in milestone reviews, specifically the Iteration Review and Demonstration. Recognize the constraints around delivery and actively strive to enable team productivity and focus avoiding inconsistencies in requirements, reducing complexity where possible, and actively striving to reduce bottlenecks. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent combination of relevant background and experience. EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years' experience in a Marketing Analysis role. Travel and Tourism experience, preferably in the Cruise industry. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experienced with Epics, User Stories and Roadmaps.
