The primary responsibility of the Social Media Manager is developing a social media strategy and executing on the strategy with specific campaigns in all social media outlets. We are looking for high levels of creativity and fun in representing our brands both through posts and paid advertising. You will be accountable to increase conversion rates for sbe.
As assigned, the PM should be prepared to lead or assist in the planning, introduction, and implementation of new templates or systems for new Ghost Kitchen openings, re-branding, and new sbe brand programs.
Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
Collaborate with other teams to ensure social media campaigns are executed to the highest standards
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and Instagram)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Creation of content which meets sbe standards
Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO)
Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt the current process to fit sbe needs.
Review and approve content on a daily basis.
Creating and managing monthly promotions.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Degree or diploma in Marketing or relevant field or in process of completing a degree or diploma
Ability to work unsupervised and be accountable for high levels of deliverables
Previous experience as a Social Media Manager is desired
Previous experience with photography and videography is desired
Knowledge of Facebook advertising
Experience with developing soft email campaigns
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Willingness to learn and grow
