What will you do as the Social Media Manager?
As the Social Media Manager, you'll be the quarterback behind our social presence, crafting and sharing stories that resonate with our passionate community. This role is all about creating a vision for how fans engage with HOMAGE on social platforms and pushing the boundaries of social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. Our goal? To set the standard for social media storytelling in the apparel space. We want someone who's proactive, innovative, and ready to connect the worlds of sport, style and culture in fresh, exciting ways.
Day-to-day, you'll be leading the planning, execution, and analysis of social media campaigns with a keen eye for cultural connects, real-time content and trends. You'll manage our social media calendar, create new content, help the team activate across our channels and manage the community, and measure success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Campaign Development and Strategy:
Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of social media campaigns.
Design strategies to achieve marketing targets, managing all aspects from conceptualization to execution and analysis.
Calendar and Content Oversight:
Work with social and creative teams to develop and manage a cohesive content calendar to streamline the publication schedule across all social media platforms.
Ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging, and aligns with company branding and strategic objectives.
Real-Time Social Media Content:
Monitor social media platforms in real-time, engaging with trends, and managing brand reputation.
Respond swiftly to breaking news or trending topics to keep the brand at the forefront of hot conversations and integrate relevant product.
Support for Community Management and Publishing:
Provide support across community management and social activation.
Assist with engagement, content creation, and publishing to ensure a seamless brand presence across all social media platforms.
Social Media Analytics:
Regularly analyze and report on the performance of social media activities.
Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
Ensure all social media content is data-driven and aligns with broader marketing goals.
Innovation and Industry Trends:
Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously bring innovative ideas to the table.
Evaluate emerging platforms and technologies, recommending new avenues for brand growth and audience engagement.
Be the visionary, always looking for the next big thing to keep us ahead of the curve.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What are we looking for in a Social Media Manager?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry with experience managing similar-sized accounts.
Strong understanding of key social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, etc.) and social media management tools (Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Proven ability to develop social media and content strategies that align with business goals.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Passion and deep knowledge of sports and pop culture
Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example
Ability to manage multiple moving pieces
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Adaptable to new and evolving social platforms and advertising technologies
Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented
This is a hybrid role with a mix of work-from-home and in-person work in Central Ohio.
