We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and enhance engagement across all social media platforms. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKey responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with Flapen’s brand voice and goals.
  • Monitor, track, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.
  • Analyze competitor activity and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure compliance with social media policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns and budget management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
