The Social Media Manager is responsible for building and optimizing CSG's social media presence, leveraging best practices to drive both organic and paid engagement. As part of the CSG marketing team, the Social Media Manager is responsible for creating and executing campaigns, overseeing the social media content calendar, and supporting the company's broader content marketing, events and media programs, ensuring that CSG's social media programs are aligned with larger company goals and content strategy.
Support the content marketing team to develop engaging social content for the CSG brand through strong storytelling that will resonate with key stakeholders.
Plan, lead and conduct social listening research for brand, industry and trend analysis. Analyze and measure social campaign effectiveness and work to continually optimize CSG's social media outreach.
Serve as the company's resident expert on social media and support the Senor Manager, Public Relations in driving executive and subject matter expert thought leadership programs.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive awareness, engage target audiences, and support the larger CSG marketing campaign framework.
Manage CSG's presence across social channels including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, with primary responsibility for day-to-day proactive and reactive engagement.
Explore and provide recommendations on new social platforms, approaches and capabilities.
Understand audience personas and advise marketing teams on best approach for targeting via social media.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications to provide excellent metrics, reporting and innovation to our social channels.
3-5 years of social media/digital marketing experience in a B2B corporate or agency environment.
Demonstrated excellence in writing and storytelling and is proactive in creating conversations and seeking innovative ways to connect with various audiences
Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive communications
Outstanding written, verbal and online marketing communications skills.
Proven track record of success in social media and digital marketing and experience with social media management tools and technology.
Flexibility and composure under pressure.
Learning on the fly- naturally curious, versatile learner, open to change and knows when to ask for direction.
