Prior experience in managing a global client is a plus.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand’s goals and values.
• Create and maintain a social content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
• Generate innovative ideas and write briefs for ‘always-on’ social content and major activations, collaborating with clients and brand partners.
• Provide live event coverage, capturing key moments and engaging with the audience in real-time.
• Work closely with global teams and divisions to drive channel growth, creativity and performance.
• Craft compelling and on-brand social media copy that captures attention and drives engagement.
• Plan and develop social media content to engage and grow a Gen Z audience.
• Translate long-form editorial content into bite-sized, shareable social media posts and activations aka content adaptation.
• Manage community engagement by fostering a vibrant and positive online community by actively engaging with our audience.
• Analyze social media performance, generate insights and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
• Working with brands and stakeholders to bring the next level of point content to life in feed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on IG and TT on topics of fabric innovation and technology trends to ensure our content and team knowledge is relevant and ahead of the curve.
• Minimum 3 years as a Social Media Manager in a creative/social agency or fashion brands.
• Deep understanding of industry trends in fashion, sustainability and fabric technology.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to consult and collaborate with high-end brand partners.
• Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative social media ideas.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
