RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Social Media Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with overall marketing goals.
• Identify key social media platforms for target audience and create tailored strategies for each.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content. 
• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, across social media platforms.
• Foster a positive and interactive online community through engagement and dialogue.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote company and brand initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, social media tools and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry partners for co-promotional opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing team and other stakeholders to align social media efforts 
• with broader marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure success of social media efforts including regular reporting on performance.

Qualifications

Required Experience / Skills:

• 5-8 years of social media marketing experience
• In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas and execute.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
