Responsibilities:

o Become and remain knowledgeable about Leadingsocial media products and community standards

o Assist our community and help resolve inquiriesempathetically, accurately and on time

o Make well balanced decisions and personallydriven to be an effective advocate for our community

o Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and writtencommunication skills and most importantly empathy

o Display a strong bias to doing what's right forour community in supporting leading social media objectives

o Investigate and resolve issues that are reportedon social media such as requests for account support and reports of potentiallyabusive content

o Respond to user inquiries with high quality,speed, empathy and accuracy

o Use market specific knowledge, signals andinsights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of ourcommunity of users

o Gather, analyze and utilize relevant data todevelop ways to improve the overall user experience on the site

o Enforce social media terms of use by carefullymonitoring reports of abuse on the site

o Review the reported content within agreedturnaround times and standards of quality

o Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggestsolutions

o Recognize trends and patterns, and escalateissues outside the company policy

Min. requirements:

o Language requirements:

English Proficiency (Written and Verbal)

o Reasoning/analytical capabilities:

Ability of reason and analytical skills indiverse situations

o Education:

Degree of secondary education/college desirable

o Experience:
1 year of process services and client supportrequired
1 + years of Social Media monitoring experiencepreferred

High affinity and cultural awareness ofpolitical/social situation regarding the relevant market/region that will besupported by each 'rep' which is critical to be aware of thecultural/regional differences for nuanced policy decisions to be applied inaccordance abuse standard policies and training materials

VIEW JOBS 11/28/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-26T00:00 Position Summary: The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging visual content for the Straz Center social media channels, including videos, photos and graphics. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * The Social Media Content Creator's primary responsibility will be to develop, direct, film and edit video to be shared across the Straz Center's digital platforms. * Developing video concepts, in conjunction with the digital marketing team * Storyboarding video concepts * Writing video scripts * Coordinating filming schedules * Coordinating equipment needed for filming * Editing video * Routing video through appropriate approval channels * Submitting final video files to the Senior Marketing Manager Social Media for implementation * Video projects will include, but are not limited to: * Creating episodes for a web series * Creating branded video clips of events/rehearsals/classes * Photographing events/rehearsals/classes and creating graphics for our digital channels, as needed. * Managing inventory of camera/video equipment. * Reports project status to the Senior Marketing Manager Social Media on a weekly basis. * Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): * Experience producing and editing video required. * Photography and photo editing experience preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. * Creative self-starter who can successfully manage multiple projects and respect multiple deadlines and rapidly-changing priorities on a tight schedule. * Access to a smartphone. * Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere or equivalent), photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop), and Microsoft Outlook required. * Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
