Mitek is currently looking for a masterful social media marketer to join our Global Marketing team in our San Diego, CA headquarters. As our Social Media Community Manager, you'll take part in building an impactful approach to all things social. You'll play an integral role in driving the development and growth of our earned social media reach and create the roadmap forward in building a community with engaging content and creative new tactics. What You'll Do

  • Curate, originate and produce purposeful social media content, ensuring a cohesive and consistent narrative and voice across all Mitek's social platforms globally in support of brand and business goals

  • Execute the day-to-day production of bold dynamic visual content, writing and editing all social copy, adjusting tone of voice for each specific platform including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, SlideShare, etc.

  • Develop and manage a strategically aligned social editorial calendar that will effectively cultivate community growth, brand and engagement

  • Be active in listening, monitoring and interacting across channels to make clear recommendations to maximize our community building efforts

  • Build and cultivate our identity innovator community recruiting new innovators, facilitating conversations, and develop content to contribute to across channels within the community

  • Responsible for reporting, analysis of KPIs and developing actionable recommendations based on audience profiles and competitive analysis to optimize content and social strategy

  • Monitor trending topics, hashtags to insert into conversation

  • Internal enablement for what's new and shareable for our cross-functional teams

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in social platform management, community growth management, and social media analytics for B2B technology

  • Demonstrated experience applying best practices in B2B social media management across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, SlideShare, and Facebook.

  • Demonstrated process-driven project management skills taking ownership in driving results

  • Imaginative thinking that can look beyond traditional community programs and enter niche arenas based on a targeted audience that will promote engagement with the Mitek brand
