Social Media Associate

Grow your career as a successful Social Media Associate within Inclusive Collection. In this role, you will be responsible for brand positioning of 9 luxury resort brands as the pillars of luxury travel in the hospitality industry across social media. You will be responsible for assisting the social media manager with brand specific social messaging while driving engagement across B2C social media channels, manage channel reporting, and act as a liaison for resort level social media coordinators and eConcierges.

A successful Social Media Associate will:

• Assist social media manager with creation of engaging content that align with business goals and social media strategy for 3 - 4 brands

• Manage content library inclusive of resort provided social media assets

• Manage social media listening streams, identifying opportunities for positive engagement with social users

• Act as a liaison for resort social media teams, supporting resort openings, creating social media playbooks for resorts, vetting social influencers for properties, and assist with other resort social media projects and assignments

• Assist with monthly and adhoc social media reporting, analyzing data based on campaign and brand KPIs

• Provide technical support to social media managers by troubleshooting issues within Facebook Business Manager, including ad account access, campaign setup problems, and overseeing resort access to designated pages

• Assist in other social media projects as assigned

A successful Social Media Associate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

• 1-3 years of social media management experience, preferably in hospitality, travel and lifestyle industries

• Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok

• Demonstrated understanding of writing for different brand voices on social media

• Demonstrated understanding of social media management tools such as Sprinklr, HootSuite, or Sprout Social

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to travel internationally with travel up to 10-15%

• A strong drive and sense of urgency, a self starter

• A passion for social media, travel, tourism, or hospitality
