Social Media and Digital Marketing Assistant - Pottery Barn Teen

About the Role
This person will assist the Social Media and Email Marketing team to execute the social media strategy on a daily and seasonal basis. Additionally, they will support the Email team with the execution of weekly tasks for email. They will help create and manage compelling, original and platform-specific content, including a monthly multi-channel content calendar for social platforms that both supports product and brand campaigns that complement our brand voice and initiative. Assist in identifying opportunities, reviewing competitors, and recommending new concepts to drive engagement and improve our customer's digital experience. They will assist with the execution of weekly tasks to support email and digital marketing plans.

Assist with the execution of influencer campaigns including gifting, contracts, communication and postings
Assist with communication to influencers by managing invites, product seeding, gifting and status follow-ups
Create and manage the product seeding for influencer campaigns, including but not limited to requesting product, obtaining expense approval and sending product
Push posts live on social media platforms once approved by Associate Social Media Manager
Approve and upload UGC to appropriate Olapic stream
Collect UGC, screen shot images and upload from Instagram to Olapic
Download approved UGC and save into appropriate folders for site and digital marketing
Help facilitate all UGC product seeing requests from catalog merchants
Collect, upload and manage all new UGC images in folders for shared use across digital marketing, email and site
Support team with all paid social media requests; ie coordination of creative assets and communication with marketing team.
Post listicles and inspirational boards supporting key brand strategies, partnerships and collaborations throughout each season
Develop content for blog posts
Upload and share content with PBteen retail stores each season through Instagram stories
Upload new products for 'one click' shopping across social channels
Write legal for promotions, submit through JIRA and approve for site posting
Board emails for entire month ahead and in week updates
Print and distribute weekly sales reports for email, digital marketing and brand
Update promotional calendar with monthly promo code volume & promotional updates

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
You have proven analytical and critical thinking skills
You have superior computer skills including business applications such as MS Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point), Google Sheets, and content management systems
You are familiar with Olapic and Sprinklr programs
You are familiar with our brand, voice and aesthetic

Technical Competencies required:
Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel and Google docs
Tactical, posting experience with multiple social channels, including Instagram, Facebook Twitter, Pinterest, and Snapchat
Experience with Olapic, Sprinklr, Curalate social software programs
Experience with or ability to quickly learn content management systems and/or database management systems
