General Description: Ontario ARC's Social Enterprises are developed to meet the needs of the community while creating employment and pre-employment training opportunities for individuals with developmental and other disabilities. The Social Enterprise supervisor is responsible for handling the day to day operations. Ensuring that an exceptional customer experience and excellent quality services are delivered on a consistent basis. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the duties outlined for both staff and interns/JET participants are completed in a timely and thorough manner, while ensuring that both the physical environment and products are meeting the standards of the customers. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our mission and representing the business and the agency in a professional manner.
Minimum Qualification: Two years' experience as a barista or similar customer service position. 1 year relevant supervisory experience or a combination of education/experience.
