The SME Manager EMEA is responsible for achieving sales goals through the renewal and upselling of existing clients and driving lead generation through effective management of the SME Team spread across EMEA.
Leadership and Direction:
Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems.
Develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialized training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organization.
Supervises others to deliver prescribed operational outcomes while working within established systems.
Helps manage the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems.
Recommends ways to improve support for operations by changing policies, processes, standards and practices.
Sales Data Management:
Ensures Team's activities and pipeline tracking is up-to-date; references data to create high quality customer interaction. Manages sales forecasting based on established processes.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of management experience, also remote management / virtual team management
5-10 years of sales experience, including in an Inside Sales Telesales SME Sales environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivation and excellent time management skills
Quality focused and able to drive continuous improvement
Able to analyze and interpret data and make informed decisions
Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
