Projectline is looking to add a contract Partner Program Manager to work with one of our largest clients in the technology industry. This role will work directly with our client's field sales and channel partners, focused on growing cloud offerings with their small and mid-sized customer segments. This includes everything from campaign creation and management, from development through to launch with additional post-launch reporting requirements.

This role would engage directly with the Tele vendor that supports the campaign and any other constituents to assist with building the campaign, managing every phase to a defined timeline of actions and accountabilities, support content and scripting creation, customer targeting, and other requirements leading to campaign launch. Post-launch the team would be responsible for managing Tele vendor execution, reporting and Tele vendor ROB's

You will find success in this role by using your ability to lead partners and build relationships. You should have a blend of expertise in analytics, reporting and will project manage and balance critical partner communications and plans and determine solutions to optimize partner processes. This is a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the SME on meaningful solutions for the group, helping to prepare partner-facing communications

  • You can identify fraudulent behavior by analyzing data trends and numbers

  • You will work directly with Partners to build and implement a solution-specific communication plan

  • You work with key partners to define solution specific acceptance criteria, including specific deployment targets and timelines, as well as the method for which the targets will be systematically measured

  • You can and will identify and confirm accountability for solution modules (tools, process, metrics, data, and training) and optimize the deployment model based on the capability

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 7+ years of project management experience

  • Ability to balance parallel work streams and take care of multiple partners

  • Reporting/Excel

  • SQL experience a plus

  • Strong backbone

  • Proven skills in communication across diverse partners, ability to present complex and challenging information and lead calls with highly-visible partners and balance internal and external communications effectively

  • Strong PowerPoint skills
