We are looking for experienced marketing professionals to lead the strategy and execution of marketing content at scale for our Small to Medium Business Audience.
You will be responsible for developing marketing materials that help small businesses adopt the right solutions to help grow their business. This includes digital experiences, print, video collateral, and more. To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in content creation, a strong appreciation of Facebook products and an understanding of how scaled marketing channels like emails and ads can be used to engage with advertisers. You also have the ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams and possess an understanding of small-medium business.
SMB DEMAND GENERATION MANAGER, ACCELERATE RESPONSIBILITIES
Support regional marketing teams in development of narrative and creative assets to be utilized in campaigns
Develop and execute global marketing content strategy to support scaled marketing efforts to drive adoption of Facebook's paid advertising solutions
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align content roadmaps to specific business goals
Partner with Small Business Sales, Channel Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to identify, prioritize and produce consistent positioning and messaging
Develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels including FB ads, emails, landing pages and more
Collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging across the user journey
Work hand-in-hand with designers, copywriters, and web developers to lift the Facebook brand experience
Identify right levers behind successful marketing content and iterate on those learnings
Work directly with Marketing Science and Data Science partners to measure and report impact of campaigns and initiatives
Experience with B2B marketing
Experience with managing or creating content for paid and organic online media
Experience building and utilizing customer success stories
Proven experience in building cross-functional relationships
Analytical and problem-solving experience
Experience with video or motion design content development
Experience translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners or matrixed organizations
