Location: This is a hybrid role with an in-office requirement of 3 days per week at our Las Colinas HQ.

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be an expert voice that our valued clients rely on for their cybersecurity needs. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with your assigned channel partners and clients, building strong relationships and guiding them through the process of renewing their product or service subscriptions, and expanding those relationships when possible. You'll be part of a vibrant team dedicated to making cybersecurity simple, accessible, and effective for small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to SMB clients to discuss upcoming subscription renewals, ensuring a seamless renewal or upgrade transition and uninterrupted protection.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique cybersecurity needs and providing tailored solutions to meet them.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and channel partners to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and subscription renewals using our CRM software.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all renewal processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for helping businesses succeed in the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus, particularly in the AV software or technology industry.

  • A genuine interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
