Required Skills and Experience:
2-5 years of experience supporting, configuring, executing changes, and developing reports in Smartsheet
Strong experience administering Smartsheet including control center, reporting, and dashboard
Must have a deep technical understanding of Smartsheet from an administration level, not just as a user of the tool
PMO experience is required

Desired Skills and Experience:
Integration experience with Tempus is preferred

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the customer community and business management office team via clearly documented functional, system, and process requirements. They will work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.
The candidate will evaluate the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clients business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.
The candidate will be responsible for executing changes within Smartsheet and Tempus.

OFFICE: Health Innovation & Quality WORKING TITLE: Program Administrator (PN 20047427) JOB PREVIEW: The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM), Office of Health Innovation & Quality is recruiting for a Program Administrator to assist Medicaid Health Systems Administrators within its Bureau of Health Research and Quality. In this position, you will step-in for administrators in the Bureau of Health Research and Quality to answer questions from managed care plans (MCPs), other state agencies, or advocacy organizations related to bureau projects, programs, and meetings. These projects relate to health outcomes improvement (e.g., infant mortality) and healthcare research (e.g., opioid abuse prevention and treatment), and program evaluations, (Medicaid expansion survey). You would independently develop and implement performance measures and health services research policies using the bureau's Assignment Tracker to ensure quality inputs and timely updating of milestones. You would track production and quality of reports by setting up a system to ensure appropriate staff review & sign off on incoming reports from vendors and outgoing reports produced by staff. In addition you would, conduct staff meetings on department policies and procedures (e.g., travel policy or SharePoint rollout) and serves as a resource to bureau staff on these new procedures and computer programs. You would also use your expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce, merge, & format bureau documents. JOB DESCRIPTION: PROGRAM: Performance Measures and Health Services Research Under general supervision, assists in program direction by relieving administrator of non-routine administrative duties: acts for administrator (e.g., independently answers complex &/or confidential correspondence from Medicaid providers, MCPs &/or public]; conducts staff meetings to discuss operating policies & procedures issued by Medicaid administrative office; monitors human resources needs to track status of personnel actions & related issues & staffing levels for administrative support to ensure completion of special & ongoing projects); serves as liaison between administrator & section staff to transmit decisions on operational directives & procedures; represents administrator in meetings with bureau staff regarding operational policies & procedures as they relate to section goals & objectives; formulates & implements Performance Measures & Health Services research program policy (e.g., independently oversees development of policies & procedures regarding compliance & quality improvement data reviews; reviews & tracks production & quality for program reporting requirements); assumes responsibility & authority for administrator to ensure smooth program operation &/or operational transitions; provides technical assistance (e.g., gathers & analyzes comparative access & quality reports) from various Health Research & Quality of MCPs determining indications of inefficiency & ineffectiveness of program compliance &/or direction to section chief in operational decision making process. Researches & analyzes programs, procedures & policies [e.g., reviews Request For Proposals (RFPs) & other procurement procedures]; tracks & modifies deadlines & apprises bureau staff of changes; manages operations of MCP committees, coordinates communications among ODM, MCP committees & other state agencies (e.g., Ohio Department of Health, Ohio Department of Aging, Ohio Department of Mental Retardation & Developmental Disabilities), arranges meetings, oversees preparation of agendas, equipment needs & preparation of reports. Manages business functions for section (e.g., preparation of payroll; purchasing of supplies, expense report tracking, forms development, printing equipment, & authorization of expenditures & purchases); prepares contract documents & monitors contracts of External Quality Review Organizations (EQRO); contracts with meeting facilities, estimates costs, negotiates equipment contracts & monitors payments, monitors effectiveness of new operations; plans for, coordinates & implements all central administrative support functions of section (e.g., maintenance agreements, furniture, telephone support system, priority requests, computer equipment & facsimiles) falling under authority of administrator; trains new staff &/or current staff on new procedures & computer programs; operates personal comuter with peripheral printer & word processing, database, spreadsheets, & other software applications to produce/merge complex documents; formats & enters data to store & produce reports, charts, &/or tables on database & spreadsheet software applications; prepares desk reference manuals; tracks evaluations to ensure timely turn-around.
