WSFS Bank is currently seeking a Small Business Quality Control Specialist. The Small Business Quality Control Specialist acts as a gatekeeper to ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the Small Business new loan and modification process. The incumbent will be responsible for identification and tracking of missing documentation. They will also perform lien perfection, including recordation and lien releases. The incumbent should be familiar with loan documentation as transactions can be complex with multiple borrowers and guarantors, mixed collateral, and varying repayment and rate structures. While primarily performing Quality Control tasks, the incumbent will be trained on Loan Documentation process and procedures. Tasks include but are not limited to: analyze executed documents for accuracy and completeness, identify any closing errors or missing items on the E&O tracking report, be responsible and take ownership of E&O tracking report, perform a monthly review of E&O's to ensure collateral is properly secured, and communicate with SBRM, PM's, and sometimes outside vendors when additional information is required. This position requires the ability to manage high volume production requests within multiple internet software platforms at a fast rate with minimal errors and supervision. Should be familiar with the following loan structures: demand, single payment, term and construction loans, as well as revolving and non-revolving lines of credit, equipment lines, and letters of credit. Legal documents to review include, but are not limited to, promissory notes, guarantor agreements, security agreements, business loan agreements, mortgages, hypothecation agreements, UCC filings and other collateral perfection instruments.

The incumbent will be familiar with the loan documentation process and will review all Compliance data entered into nCino software to ensure accuracy in regards to CRA and HMDA reportable loans. This could require additional communication to the Underwriting and Documentation teams to ensure completeness. The incumbent must have a thorough understanding of laws, regulations and procedures applicable to the perfection of security interests and the ability to perform the function with a high degree of accuracy in high volume, time-sensitive situations.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday

  • Friday, 8:00 am

  • 5:00 pm position, located at our Bank Center in Wilmington, DE.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have some college or 4 years banking experience

  • Must have extensive knowledge of Commercial and/or Small Business loan products.

  • Must be proficient in the review of Laser Pro documentation.

  • This position requires a strong degree of flexibility and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing list of priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient use of MS Office products.

  • Experience with LaserPro, Salesforce, and nCino software a plus.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described below must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Incumbent will be required to stand for intermittent periods of time.

  • Incumbent may be required to sit for prolonged periods of time.

  • Dexterity is mandatory as this job requires frequent use of hands and fingers.

  • The incumbent will be required to walk, reach with hands and arms, push items overhead, occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

  • The incumbent will also be required to talk, hear, see, read and write.

  • This position requires regular lifting and moving of 10-25 lbs.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The Application Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the Operations Manager and Business Line to best utilize WSFS Bank's Salesforce.com platform and the nCino application. These applications are used to control our loan product lifecycle, service request lifecycle, as well as manage prospects, campaigns, loans, business relationships, partners and contacts. This position is responsible for helping to create, modify, prioritize, and execute project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements of Small Businesses' Salesforce.com and nCino utilization. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining test scripts as well as testing enhancements, fixes, and releases. Additionally, they will be developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards and processes to continuously improve productivity. The incumbent will work with end users to help identify issues and will resolve and/or escalate issues for resolution to the System Administrator. To do so, the incumbent will also solicit feedback from the user community. The Business Analyst will collaborate with database administrators, developers, and the System Administrator to better enhance the business line's use. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm position, located at our Operations Center in North Wilmington, DE. Minimum Qualifications: * Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience as a technical business systems analyst and/or other similar relevant experience. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Experience with process improvement, data flow design, and user-guides. * A Salesforce Administrator Certification with practical experience, preferably in the financial services sector is preferred. * Demonstrated aptitude for creativity and complex problem-solving, developing approaches to solve problems; formalizing plans to address issues. * Must have strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products. * Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
