POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing new business primarily in the small business segment where sales average $500,000 or less for the bank by calling on existing and prospective customers to promote and develop new and additional business for the Bank to include, but not limited to, business loans and deposit relationships; conduct sales calls to develop banking relationships and promote Bank relationships; propose and recommend new products and services based on identifiable needs of existing and prospective customers contacted; ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in commercial and installment lending and business development.
Excellent sales and project management skills; proficient reading, verbal and written communication, presentation, decision making, analytical, interpretation, computer, customer service and interpersonal relations skills; solid working knowledge of lending and financial accounting and credit analysis; thorough knowledge of Bank's products and services; reliable follow through in completing assignments with minimal supervision; work independently; competently handle diversified workload with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously; professionally interact with customers, staff members and others.
