WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Perform preventative maintenance: clean, inspect, adjust, and test various machine parts.

  • Perform floor maintenance: trouble shoot and repair machine malfunctions and system problems as they occur during gaming.

  • Assist floorpersons or equivalent with malfunctions and answer floor calls.

  • Perform machine conversions: install kits in machine cabinet and computer processor board, and verify paytable and reel stops.

  • Assist customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines.

  • Provide answers and explanations, and rectify problems as appropriate.

  • Work on special projects as assigned.

  • Assist with every phase, from layout to installation.

  • Assist in maintaining adequate stock of parts necessary for repairs.

  • Order as needed and check in incoming parts.

  • Perform shop maintenance: trouble shoot and repair electronic circuit boards, test and adjust loaner units, reprogram progressives and messages, etc.

  • Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.

  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. - Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.

  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.

  • Any reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel.

  • Education and/or Experience Related certification or degree from a technical school and a minimum six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

  • Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

  • Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
