The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Slot Service Technician to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Slot Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all video gaming technology machines are kept in good working order.

$16.50 - $16.50 / hour

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations
• Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair
• Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to
• Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues
• Work as organizational ambassador

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience or training required
• Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency
• Intermediate computer skills
• Maintain an appropriate license in accordance with the West Virginia
• General knowledge of gaming regulations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
