JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure slot-playing guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service at all interactions.
Delegate authority, and assign responsibilities and work schedules to department staff.
Provide hands-on leadership to Slot Technical department
Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
Maintain required documentation for all slot machine moves and repairs and maintenance.
Maintain proper logs in compliance with PGCB regulations and internal controls
Maintain an accurate count of all slot machines on the gaming floor and a matching log of licenses.
Maintain records of all percentage sheets as required by PGCB regulations
Assist with developing and managing the departmental budget, including capital expenditures
Review reports and statistical data for malfunctions or other problems
Develop and implement schedules for preventive maintenance and repairs. Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities
Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
Tools and Technology: Computer station, Microsoft office software, casino tracking
programs (BIS2, Oasis, Micros, DataStream, Ultipro, Stratton Warren, AutoCAD), hand held radio, telephone with voice mail system, PBX system, fax, copier and other slot related tools and supplies.
DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma/GED
Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
One to three years' supervisory experience preferred.
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
Must complete all required company training
