This position could be located in either Harvard, Illinois Sleep Center or Mercy Walworth Sleep Center in Lake Geneva, WI depending on candidate preference. JOB SUMMARY ##Provides training and leadership to junior personnel.# Helps plan and develop educational programs.

Cleans equipment and supplies.# Conducts sleep studies and scoring by performing the following duties. # ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES # # Measures patient#s head and other body parts and marks points where electrodes are to be placed.# # # Attaches electrodes to predetermined locations, and verifies functioning of electrodes and recording instrument.# # # Operates recording instruments (Digital Sleep System, Video Recording) and supplemental equipment and chooses settings for optimal viewing. # # # Records montage (electrode combination) and instrument settings, and observes and notes patient#s behavior during test.# Conducts PSG, Titrations, and MSLT testing. # # Writes detailed technical reports summarizing testing and results to assist Physician.# # # Keeps detailed log of patient#s actions during testing.# # # Performs computerized scoring. # # While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.

The employee is occasionally required to handle, finger, feel, climb, and balance. The employee must frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, the ability to adjust focus, with occasional distance vision. # AGE OF PATIENT POPULATION ##### 2 years through geriatric

Supports the servicing and operations of the branch and team including new-to-role peer coaching and training, projects as assigned, monitoring of work, and support to branch management with day-to-day administration of branch operations responsibilities performed by the branch team. The Customer Experience Representative is a back up to the Bank Manager/Service Manager on operations/servicing on an "as needed basis." By proactively identifying customer needs and initiating referrals to appropriate team members, this role will contribute to the results and the overall experience delivered in the branch. As a digital leader and advocate, the Customer Experience Representative will contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall customer experience by helping customers understand, adopt and experience the benefits of BMO's ATM and digital banking capabilities. Digital Awareness and Advocacy * Stays current on BMO Harris digital and self-service banking capabilities. * Informs and helps educate customers on relevant digital and self-service options, with the goal of making it simple and convenient to bank with BMO. * Demonstrates how to complete routine servicing activities using available technology, referring customers to Retail Relationship Banker for enrollment and/or activation when necessary. * Proactively identifies customer need and guides customers to available self-service options as part of lobby leadership. Risk Management * Identifies risks associated with regulatory compliance, and Bank Secrecy Act . * Adheres to all bank policies, directives and procedures. * Ensures all necessary documentation is completed for all transactions. * Maintains the maximum of $15,000 in Customer Experience Representatives' cash drawer * Receives and verifies vault shipments following directives and procedures. * Adheres to securing banks assets, such as own cash drawer and following dual control * Assists/supports Bank Manager and/or Service Manager with branch assessment preparation and results. * Adhere to the Bank's Conflict of Interest Policy * Supports bank management with administration of branch operations, including completion of audits, maintaining joint custody and processing of internal entries.
