Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sleep Lab and related services. Physically supervise Sleep Lab operations across its
various shifts. Responsible for operational success and assist in defining strategy/direction in accordance with national
standards and CNHS policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with the Medical Director of the Sleep Program and upper
management to ensure quality clinical outcomes and service excellence in compliance with American Academy of Sleep
Medicine (AASM) accreditation standards and to facilitate sleep research. Serve as administrator of diagnostic sleep technology
system.
Minimum Education- Bachelor's Degree Nursing, Respiratory Care, Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field.
Master's Degree Nursing, Respiratory Care, Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field.
Minimum Work Experience
5 years At least 5 years of progressive related experience, including 1 year of experience
with pediatric patients and families, and 1 year supervisory or 2 years administrative or team lead experience in related job function.
