GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Sleep Consultant's primary responsibility is to provide the best service whether or not the customer chooses to make a purchase.

Responsible for maintaining a friendly and professional environment by greeting and acknowledging every customer and co-worker that approaches. Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable. Must have attention to detail and be thorough in completing work tasks.

Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions. Effectively communicate customer service issues and requests to management.

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED: Sleep Consultant's promote and assist Sales Associate's with the selling of mattresses displayed on show room floor; work directly with internal and external customers; assist Sales Associate's and customers with any problems associated with merchandise in conjunction with customer service and warehouse operations; work on an organizational level with other departments to ensure customer needs are met; answer customers questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses; train Sales Associate's on mattresses on the showroom floor and proper selling techniques; assist customers in making product selections based on customers specifications; recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs; maintaining a clean and presentable floor display of the mattresses as well as updating the merchandise; describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers; knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, and selling products; use excellent customer relations. Perform any other duties as directed by management.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Ability to lift merchandise of 10 lbs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; sales experience required; must have excellent knowledge of mattresses and store procedures; positive attitude when working with internal and external customers; knowledge of employment and safety procedures.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.

Heavy Work: Lifting up to 20 lbs rarely, and/or up to 10 lbs occasionally to move objects.

Work Environment: Indoor climate controlled environment.

Manager Sleep Disorders Job Code: 3068 Position Summary: The Manger Sleep Disorders is responsible for properly managing the day-to-day operations of all of the Sleep Institute locations. Additionally, this position ensures that the acquisition, interpretation, and quality assurance of all polysomnography is performed in a manner consistent with the standards that are set forth by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate on the level of patient contact this position requires. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Essential Functions: The Manager Sleep Disorders responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Reviews all patient information with the interpreting sleep physician before and after a sleep study to ensure quality patient care, interpretation by the Medical Director, and the efficacy of treatments * Performs daytime and nighttime sleep studies as needed. * Proofreads patient sleep history and medical history for the final report. * Scores polysomnography and reviews scoring performed by the staff technologists in the sleep center * Responsible for proper fiscal management; developing and implementing plans for continued growth of the sleep center * Coordinates support groups for patients diagnosed with sleep disorders Accountability: Reports to the Vice President for Patient Services.
