General Summary of Position:

The SLED Relationship Development Manager role is a quota carrying position with revenue and commission emphasis on upselling data products nationally to our existing State, Local and Education Districts (SLED) clients. The SLED RDM will be responsible for strategic account development as well as ongoing communication with existing clients. The RDM is tasked with gaining executive level alignment, understanding the executive level goals and challenges in the short term as well as the long term. A strategic initiative by a customer, to move to VoIP or adjust the WAN strategy does not happen without a Granite RDM knowing about it and competing for this revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Will be working alongside Granite Operational Teams to coordinate the building and delivery of quarterly executive reviews and annual reviews. In addition they will work alongside an SE, who will be working to scope out the solution requirements and gain the solution 'win'. On larger project deals you will work alongside the PMO to gain the project 'win' as well. The RD team works together to gain executive alignment for Granite Executives and we work to schedule meetings to do just this.

Travel is required

RDM will need to attend all required training sessions initially and ongoing

Must know how to position and sell all of the Granite products; be a SME.

100% enthusiastic adoption of Salesforce. Roadmap buildout for assigned accounts, contacts, diagrams, quotes, notes all updated into Salesforce.

Responsible for and limited to their assigned accounts.

Required Government Compliance and Ethics training

Team sales process with multiple 'wins' required with a customer

All products and the value of the products are to the customer

VIEW JOBS 12/2/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-03-02T00:00 Position Summary: Reporting to the VP, Operation Support Services (OSS), the Manager, Quality and Reporting will manage a team of quality and reporting staff within the OSS, a centralized operational department which is responsible for support functions across all Seniorlink lines of business. In this role, the Manager, Quality and Reporting will create dashboards to identify trends and establish standards across all OSS functions, recommend changes to improve processes/outcomes, and ensure that Seniorlink is adhering to all service level agreements and applicable regulations. This individual will also develop and oversee internal audit tools for all functional teams within the OSS, facilitating feedback to appropriate managers as needed to ensure quality improvement activities are being met. What You Will Do: * Learn and understand the Operation Support Services (OSS) functions (e.g. program referrals, payer authorization management, credentialing verification of caregivers, data integrity, etc.). Become a SME on Seniorlink's systems of record * Develop dashboard(s) to identify key trends and performance indicators for the Operation Support Services (OSS) function. Analyze the data and provide senior management with identified risks, and quality improvement activities for all OSS functions on a routine basis * Establish, implement and evaluate performance standards and processes for the OSS function and ensure compliance with applicable state/federal regulations and service level agreements * Develop and oversee internal audit tools for all areas within the OSS department with input from Operation Analysts; Provide feedback to appropriate managers and staff as needed * Identify solutions and modification opportunities within Seniorlink's technology and support systems in collaboration with IT. Provide updates to key internal stakeholders to ensure OSS processes and training materials are updated accordingly * Act as technical lead between OSS and external stakeholders (e.g. payors, state contacts) to ensure new systems are tested/implemented appropriately and on time * Oversee the design and administration of training materials and plans for the OSS as needed; Work collaboratively with department managers and OSS Trainer to ensure consistency across OSS * Lead, coach and develop staff to ensure successful achievement of goals * Act as backup for all management activities within the department * Perform other duties as assigned What You Will Bring: * Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 4-6 years of business operations experience and 2-4 year's of supervisory/management experience * Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills; technical expertise required * Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex data systems required * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) and case management systems is a big plus * Ability to build collaborative relationships and work well with diverse partners * Strong oral and written communication skills About Us: HEALTH CARE SOLUTIONS THAT BLEND HUMAN TOUCH WITH TECHNOLOGY … Seniorlink is a tech-enabled health services company that builds care solutions to support family caregivers caring for loved ones at home.
