About the Role
We're looking for a Skyport Experience Agent to support the day-to-day operations of Skyport locations with central officing at New York, NY at 636 West 28th St. We're looking for an experienced agent who operates with a customer-first mentality. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Uber customers have a great multi-modal journey. This is a one of a kind opportunity to work with a top-notch Operations team and build the Uber business of the future from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Be the main point of contact for riders in the terminal
Greet riders, and explain the terminal process
Manage the flight manifest & performance planning
Support the daily operations through operational oversight
Handle customer questions & escalations
Recommend improvements to Skyport processes
Maintain full situational awareness of what customers need to be where at what time
About the Team
The Uber Elevate operations team focuses on building strategies, capabilities, and execution plans that will be used at scale for Uber Air, Ubers aerial ridesharing network. Because of the new, unique nature of our business, our team must deliver a customer experience with unprecedented attention to detail in order to manifest a safe, magical, and stress-free experience.
What You'll Need
At least one year of relevant experience
Demonstrated background in solving complex customer problems
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points if
You have previous aviation experience
You have three years of relevant experience
You have a Bachelor's Degree
Analytical skills or understanding, major plus!
