Responsible for leading assigned employees in the successful completion of assigned tasks, projects, and job duties. Responsible for ordering product and maintaining proper product levels in the store. Input and maintain accuracy of the merchandise data software.
Assist with training and developing department staff, as assigned
Provide direction to assigned staff and oversee projects assigned to staff
Act as a liaison, as necessary, between line staff and departmental leadership to ensure leadership is aware of any challenges with job performance, staffing levels, and/or job tasks
Notify Tower management of any defective equipment or potential safety hazards immediately and any issues that may cause an interruption to attractions or business.
Follow all operating and safety procedures required to ensure safety of employees and guests of the SkyJump at all times.
Remain familiar with all life safety systems available and emergency evacuation procedures
Enforce all safety guidelines with guest harnesses, suits, equipment, and inspections
Successfully complete all safety and regulatory training as required by the company
Track and document the hourly guest capacity and traffic
Place merchandise and inventory orders for all shifts correctly and in a timely manner
Input merchandise inventory data in merchandise sales software and ensures software data is accurate and up to date
Handle escalated guest complaints, concerns, requests, and informing customers of ride-denial decisions
Perform all duties of a Ground Crew employee when needed
Ensure the store, guest dressing area and landing platform area are cleaned and maintained
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
Perform other duties as assigned
