This first shift position works as an administrative coordinator for all plant purchasing activities such as getting quotes and ordering of indirect supplies. This person will make sure that invoices are accurate and approved, and does corrections and returns in Oracle as well as preparing capital requisitions and ensuring vendors are compliant.
This person will track usage of utilities, waste, recycling, and sustainability records and report abnormalities. This person is also the contact person for Aramark - uniform issues, new uniform orders and daily invoices.
High school diploma or GED.
Proven attention to detail and good record keeping skills are essential. Must be able to work independently and exercise initiative. Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to learn and effectively utilize additional software programs such as Infor EAM and Oracle. Mathematical computations and record keeping are essential. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
New hires at our facility are immediately placed on a 3-month probationary period. During this time, employee attendance and performance is closely monitored.
