As a Skilled Carpenter at Element Design Build Remodel, you will play a vital role in our projects, from installing custom cabinetry and countertops to fitting doors and windows with precision. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to bring our clients' visions to life, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:

Install cabinets, countertops, doors, and windows with expert craftsmanship. Execute interior framing and molding installations to exceptional standards. Collaborate with project managers and designers to achieve desired project outcomes.

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment. Work effectively with the team to identify solutions and optimize processes. Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in residential carpentry. Expertise in interior framing, molding, and carpentry techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
