Prior to hire, we require a clear Livescan and TB. We require three professional references (within three years,) two must be from supervisors.

Thomas Edison Charter has an excellent benefit package, a wonderful teaching and learning environment, and a teachers union. Our teachers participate in STRS and receive a district match towards their retirement. Aides support instruction in grades TK-8, and we recently reduced our upper grade class sizes to 30, with a plan to bring them down to 28 in the next few years.
