Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to lead major process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include performing technical and leadership roles to complete Six Sigma projects on time, achieve measurable results and ensure that process owners are given the tools and guidance needed to fully sustain the improvements at project completion; understanding current processes and identifying value-improvement initiatives; executing strategic efforts; selling ideas and delivering important status presentations to all levels of the organization; leading and working effectively in diverse teams; acting as the liaison between Supply Chain and our other divisions; performing additional responsibilities as needed.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

  • Blue or Blackbelt certification

  • Project management experience 2 to 4 years

  • Process improvement experience 2 to 4 years

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Graduate Degree

Education

Bachelor's Degree (+16 years)

Business Change Director/Pharmacy (multiple Anthem locations) - PS12643 Summary: The Business Change Director may specialize in one area of organization effectiveness (planning, project portfolio, or culture/change) or be assigned to directly support a business unit and ensures activities are aligned with corporate strategy. Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope data and leads efforts to identify best practices. Also responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: * Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required * Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs * Designs methods for integrating functions and processes * Conducts cost/benefit analysis * Builds support for business change throughout the business unit * Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise wide initiatives * Leads the project prioritization and scheduling activities for the business unit * Provides expertise to the business areas in culture/change management activities * Provides expertise in process planning and portfolio management activities * Supports and leads the execution of the operating plan Requirements include but are not limited to: * Communicates project status, health and changes to business/operations management * Responsible for projecting time lines of readiness of criteria * Identifies and solutions areas of opportunity * Leads the project prioritization and scheduling activities for business units * Strategizes plan amongst team members to ensure timelines will be met * Ensures staffing model meets business need * Leads the execution of the operating plans * Collaborates with account managers and others to proactively solution expected outcomes * Ensures activities align with corporate strategy * Identifies challenges and strengths within team * Strategizes plans to meet deadlines accordingly * Coaches and supports team to ensure all staff are executing as expected according to metrics * Leverages qualitative and quantitative information to define, measure and analyze current state in order to develop and design processes and systems that optimally support business needs. * Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required * Networks with other individuals on various teams to ensure all processes are aligned * Designs methods for integrating functions and processes * Focuses on criteria strategy from implementation to maintenance phases * Identifies metrics to estimated business need for staffing model * Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/ support to team * Engages in assistance in setup for readiness of criteria; contributor to team * Facilitates standing meetings with business/operations * Leads weekly team meetings with criteria team * Creates and directs impromptu changes that will allow team to exceed goals * Helps identify and implement best practices * Identifies strategies that work in parallel with business needs for current and future practices * Creates and maintains standard operating procedures for criteria team * Establishes system for troubleshooting issues due to system functionality * Skillset provides ability to identify, resolve, and solution system issues with functionality Qualifications: * Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; minimum 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives including knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and execution); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. * Masters degree strongly preferred. * Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
