Position: Sitecore CMS Engineer/Developer with Umbraco
Location:
Kansas City, MO (face to face interview preferred but will do Skype for Non Local)
Interview: Phone & Skype (This week)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Description:
Need to have Sitecore or Umbraco and CMS experience.
The individual in this position will be responsible for a variety of project responsibilities, while strengthening the current brand and keeping our web assets fresh and on the cutting edge of functionality that are also inclusive and accessible.
A successful CMS Engineer seeks to develop high quality sites that create an ideal user experience.
Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:
Develop CMS (Sitecore, Umbraco) driven solutions.
Develop cross platform web sites.
Implement front-end layout and behavior with HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
Collaborate with writers and designers in creation of web assets.
Learn and adhere to company coding standards and conventions.
Deliver high quality user experience to drive company impact.
Understanding and desire to implement best practices for web accessibility.
The ideal candidate will have the desire to increase their overall knowledge of CMS technologies.
Nice to haves
Any Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
Knowledge of SEO and measuring site performance by SQOs and MQOs.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with project managers, content writers and designers to develop, implement, and maintain corporate web sites and applications that adhere to brand standards and strategies.
Ability to estimate and complete work in a deadline driven environment.
Willingness to learn Umbraco
Technical Skills Preferred
5+ years of experience with ASP.NET (master pages, MVC), C#, SQL Server, IIS, JavaScript, HTML/XHTML, and CSS.
3-5 years of experience with Sitecore.
A demonstrated ability to develop and debug using Visual Studio and C#.
Demonstrated experience building high quality user experience that drove company impact.
CMS application development experience.

In this role, you will conduct malware analysis, network forensics, advanced detection methods, threat intelligence correlation, and hunting activities for indications of compromise, with the aim to protect Swiss Re's data, information systems, and networks from cyber threats. About You To succeed in this opportunity you need experience in one or more fields of work listed above.
