The most important thing we build is TRUST Overview This role is a singular local IT support, with no official direct reports, reporting to CAES IT Service Delivery Supervisor East Coast End-User Support team. This role requires on site presence at CAES Eatontown and Whippany locations, to support and respond to local End-User demand.

Eatontown support is primary site, Whippany support is estimated at less than 10%. Responsible for meeting End-User support demand, to meet agreed upon IT Service OLAs/SLAs. Participates in computer hardware evaluation, proving standards supplied by End-User Services team meet the need of the business user, software and peripheral equipment and the documentation of practices relating to these technologies. Assists in the analysis of hardware and software and the development of technical requirements documentation, ensuring technical documents are added to the CAES IT Knowledge Base.

Responsibilities Local point of contact for IT supported services for CAES Eatontown and Whippany. MS Exchange (on Prem) User Administration Active Directory; add new systems to the network; unlock/reset user account password Being the primary liaison between Macola ERP vendor support, and or internal customers to facilitate resolution of incidents and requests. Hardware; complete hardware installations, equipment moves; BIOS patches; hardware troubleshooting; desktop hardware support of end user systems Network; patching drops, monitoring network availability; troubleshooting connectivity issues; make custom length patch cables; ability to troubleshoot with Netscout network analyzer ZOOM Gov (VOIP phone system) admin experience, and or ability to learn a must; troubleshoot phone connectivity issues, programming extension changes; deploying new services.

Software; install/deploy licensed software on workstations; ensure software asset management policies are followed. Provision/Deployments; Provision user workstations using Ivanti EPM /MS MECM provisioning utilities, have knowledge of deploying systems imaging tools such as Acronis with current OS patches for new and older systems; imaging and inventory new systems for stock; collect and dispose of obsolete equipment abiding by the CAES IT Asset Management Policy/SOP. Security Patching; ensure user workstations are up to date with all security patches currently reported as necessary per Ivanti EPM /MS MECM.

Trellix (formerly McAfee) ePO, Drive Encryption, virus/spam protection High Proficiencies Maintain printers, contact vendors (Canon) for printer repairs; work with Systems admin staff to configure new print queues and new printers. Mobile Device management utilizing Vmware Airwatch (MDM) Participate in daily team huddles to review aging and or unallocated tickets related to problems/issues/delays to limit user escalations and to improve user response/resolution time. Partner with Security to sanitize workstations which may have been exposed to classified material, abiding by the CAES IR Process.

Improve and maintain 6S in your area; make suggestions for improvements. Participate in Lean/Six Sigma activities in own work area as well as events for other areas to enhance cross-functional problem solving. Ability to report and document active team projects, project planning Qualifications Minimum: 5+ years of experience end user support, including executive level support.

Knowledge of PC Architecture, PC Deployment, PC backup experience 5+ years network technical troubleshooting in Corporate wide area network (WAN) environment (Switch, to user ports) 3+ Years Mobile Device Management (Airwatch, similar mobile device management (MDM consoles) as well as Mobile phone vendor account management (Verizon, AT&T) This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a US Person under US export laws or eligible for approval for a U.S. Government export license.

A US Person includes a US Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, refugee or asylee. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance Preferred : Bachelor degree in an IT related field 3 Years supporting and deploying (voice over internet protocol (VOIP) solutions A+ Certification Advanced knowledge supporting ZOOM Meetings, ZOOM Administration Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite Analytical skills: ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form; ability to work with data reports Time Management & organizational skills: flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to perform with a high degree of multi-tasking familiar with usage in general office equipment Excellence Behaviors: remain engaged, proactive and positive even in tough circumstances; own assignments and be fully accountable for their success; align actions, behaviors and conversations to what matters most; bring out the best in others and recognize the value in every person's contributions; ability to work regularly with customers face-to-face, phone or e-mail Salary Range: $31.62 to $40.00 per hour.
