Since 1994, our in-house service offering expanded to include technical preconstruction, PIP navigation & negotiation, interior design, FF&E procurement, coordination of project logistics, onsite schedule management, installation, and general construction. Offering these services in-house allows for a more efficient and seamless process, provides a single point of contact, faster delivery, and cost control from the outset. We enjoy great working relationships with renowned hotel brands, including Hilton, Best Western, Marriott and IHG.

As Site Superintendent, you will play a vital role in the Construction/construction phase, responsible for collaborating with the Senior Site Superintendent, Construction Department, Preconstruction Department and Design Department and subcontractors. A large part of this role is living on the job site. This role involves both collaboration with internal resources (e.g.

Design Team, Client Relations team) and external resources (e.g. Owners, Engineers, Subcontractors, City Jurisdictions), with a goal of achieving project completion of the construction process under timeline. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and Manage the on-site construction team: subcontractors, and temporary labor crews Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.

Review and become familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to each Coordinate and oversee all work on site, ensuring all quality standards are met Maintain and Update Construction Schedule throughout Project duration Provide schedule updates to Clients on a weekly basis - preferably during a weekly meeting/ job walk Plan and coordinate all construction processes, per construction schedule and process sequence Coordinate, verify, and schedule all deliveries – arrival, offload, storage, and stock to install location Monitor and report on project progress: such as daily field reports, purchases and purchase orders, and RFI’s, Change Orders, and Material Submittals. Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning. Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.

Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion Opening the jobsite at beginning of the day and securing the jobsite at the end of the day. SAFETY Responsible for all equipment and materials onsite Equipment to be operated and stored safely and securely by certified personnel only Materials to be secured properly to ensure safety from theft or misplacement Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and orderliness Responsible for ensuring all proper PPE is worn onsite by all employees and subcontractors Liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals Resolve on-site issues and emergencies SUPERINTENDENT REQUIREMENTS 3 Years of experience as a General Foreman or Superintendent Familiar with scheduling software Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs for project records Ability to lift 40 pounds and to operate heavy equipment Heavy Equipment Operator Certification preferred Telehandler Warehouse Forklift Scissor Lift Snorkel/Basket Lift Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding organizational skills Travelling Site Superintedent is required to have OSHA 30 Certification & First Aid/CPR Certification within 2 months of employment with InnSpace BENEFITS: Field PM’s will be automatically enrolled in the Company’s Responsible Time Off (“RTO”) program / policy.

RTO includes paid time off for sick, personal and vacation time; there are no set number of days off per annum, however, it is expected you will use the policy responsibly. A Hotel is typically renovated in 3-6 months. We expect the Field PM to be onsite most of the time during the project, but taking many paid weeks off between projects is not uncommon, which must be pre-approved by the principal of construction.

All full-time employees can join Innspace’s Health Care Insurance and/or Dental Insurance program; for full-time employees Innspace will cover 100% of the premium for the employee and employee’s spouse and/or children if you enroll in the HSA5500 plan. This means no costs out of your paycheck for health insurance.

If you enroll in another plan, the employee may will be responsible for the cost difference. For additional information on the Health Care Insurance program, please contact Human Resources or the Office Manager. A laptop is provided by Innspace.

Cell Phone allowance is provided $50 / pay period, not to exceed $100 / month. Travel and relocation for projects is covered by Innspace. A 401K Match up to 3% of your Salary is also included. Performance bonuses may be provided for completed projects, and company profitability.
