As the Superintendent, you will oversee all construction activity on site and ensure that all work is completed to the specified standards of quality and safety. What You Will Be Doing As the Superintendent,you will be responsible for supervising the work of contractors and subcontractors,monitoring construction progress and quality, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also provide guidance and support to the project managers and other staff to ensure the success of the project. What You Need for this Position

• 5 years of superintendent experience on commercial construction projects

• Project size experience 1 million to 20 million

• Ground up construction experience or tenant improvements on commercial sites - advanced scheduling skills in order to keep 4 week's look ahead

• We use Procore for software

• Procore expreinece is major plus
