The successful candidate will be a member of the Raytheon's Marlborough Security team. The role will require the candidate to perform day-to-day Security Office functions that include but not limited to, create and update personnel security profiles, provide Personal Clearance processing guidance and assist with taking fingerprints, process security forms and make accurate database inputs, provide security education briefings and track progress, process visit requests and provide meeting support, perform Public Key Infrastructure Local Registration Authority services and assist with reception. The candidate will be required to operate and become proficient at using multiple proprietary software databases. In addition the candidate will provide Document Control support to include but not limited to, processing incoming and outgoing classified shipments, transfers, perform inventories and destruction of classified information. The candidate must be able to provide customer service to employees, customers and contactors in all areas.
This position requires an Active final Secret Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Basic understanding of Security disciplines including Industrial Security, Personnel Security and Physical Security
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong interpersonal communications
Ability to quickly adapt to changing work environment
Effective organization and time-management
Well organized with the ability to effectively prioritize daily tasks
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to plan, schedule and arrange activities and accomplishing objectives
Proven experience maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
Demonstrated experience in developing solutions to problems
Defense Security Service Industrial Security Course Completions
Experience using U.S. Government's Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and the Industrial Security Facilities Database (ISFD)
Experience with Access Control Systems (CCURE)
High School diploma
Desired education Associates or Bachelor's degree with preferred majors in Business Management, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field.
