Site Reliability Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for an exciting opportunity in Southeast Michigan.

The ideal candidate will join the team and provide software systems and automated solutions for the organization's operational needs. Site Reliability Engineers are responsible for monitoring computer systems and creating warnings for different operational concerns that computer systems may encounter. Finally, you will collaborate with our IT staff to guarantee that our firm can continue to provide goods and services inside our computer system environment.

Pay range: 43.00-48.00 per hour.

Note: We are not able to work on C2C basis.

Skills Required:

• 2+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer including at least one SRE certification.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• 2+ Expertise in Observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace.

Skills Preferred:

• Knowledge of GCP cloud services is a plus.

• Knowledge of data analytics tool stack such as Alteryx tableau and Qlik Sense.

• Experience building software and computer systems using a variety of languages (C/C++/C#/JAVA/JavaScript/ Rubyetc.).

• Proficiency in CI/CD practices and Git tools.
