Our team in the Commercial Aircraft Group in Western New York is looking for a Site Quality Manager. You will report to the Commercial Aircraft Quality Director.

As the Site Quality Manager, you will:

  • Lead, manage and develop a group of 5-10 Quality professionals

  • Establish a strategy to simplify, improve, and integrate core quality systems and processes at the site

  • Define measures to ensure site quality processes are effective and meeting customer and business objectives

  • Drive a continuous improvement culture

  • Own and manage the departmental budget

To be considered for the Site Quality Manager, you will need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business

  • Eight years of related experience, including at least 5 years experience as a manager including some experience in an AS9100 certified manufacturing organization

  • Proven track record of leading change initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability as a power user of quality management and data analytics software such as Minitab, Excel, Power BI or TipQA

  • Experience in budgeting and cost control management

Salary Range: The base pay range for this opportunity is $127,000 - $180,000 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.

This position requires access to United States Export Controlled information.
