Salary Range: 44,000.00 - $50,000.00

Key Responsibilities:

Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly qualified Site Operations Coordinator to support the Commercial team to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.

This role will be responsible for batching and assigning orders for picking and certifying & modifying and completing picked orders daily. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsible for batching and assigning orders for picking and certifying.

  • Modify and complete picked orders daily

  • Email Daily Orders Report to our sales and business partners.

  • Email Daily Exceptions Report to Payroll admin.

  • Completion of Daily Batching activity every day

  • Turn off OOS items within the system ahead of the next day

  • Maintain Picking Logs to ensure proper shift hand-off and proper record keeping

  • Process credits for damaged or known short-coded items promptly.

  • Coordinate loading efforts to increase efficiency and minimize wait times as needed.

  • Send shift recaps, as needed.

  • Responsible for handling site shutdown procedures and the end of each week, as needed.

  • Communicate, enforce, and meet all company and site safety practices.

  • Enforce and maintain strict site GMPs and FSMA regulations.

  • Maintain a Diversity and Inclusion culture for all employees.

  • Support and be an active member of the HSE Team.

  • Team player by working closely with the incoming and outgoing shifts by providing solid handoffs and communications to ensure each shift in the operation is successful.

  • Lead pre-shift meetings to provide accurate and timely business information and results to all employees, as needed.

  • Work with vendors as needed.

  • Knowledge of PIT, Inventory, and Warehousing practices.

  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts in an ambiguous work environment

  • Demonstrated ability to implement short and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of supervisory management in a distribution or production environment

  • Experience with WMS

  • Demonstrated success in an operations environment and good leadership skills.

  • Ability to develop and work daily with union employees to coach, facilitate, mentor, and build trust during change.

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite tools

  • Experience with SAP.

  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity

  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
