Position Overview

Kendra Scott is seeking a Site Merchandising Specialist who will support the strategy and execution of merchandising initiatives to enhance category engagement and revenue on KendraScott.com. This individual will support the online strategy and execution of new product content and storytelling, ensuring a seamless, customer-focused shopping experience. The Site Merchandising Specialist will collaborate with product merchandising, social, CRM, brand marketing, and creative design to identify and build online trend strategies, and work with product, UI/UX, IT, and the rest of the web merchandising team to develop site content, tools, and features that bring these strategies to life. The ideal candidate is confident in taking ownership of their responsibilities with guidance from their manager and resourceful in seeking answers and solutions with available tools and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Planning & Product Merchandising:

  • Manage the content lifecycle of product launches, including category setup & content storytelling, performance tracking, and optimization needs to ensure success across the website.

  • Align, execute, and report on seasonal and trend-based site merchandising campaigns.

  • Continuously optimize category merchandising and storytelling using sales and trend data to drive high-converting customer experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally to ensure campaign consistency across all digital consumer touchpoints, in close collaboration with brand marketing, CRM and social partners.

  • Support A/B testing and personalization teams with content needs and guidance.

  • Collaborate with merchandising partners to optimize web experiences and achieve sales goals by understanding product priorities across each seasonal launch & campaign

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide weekly and ad hoc content performance reports to both local and global teams.

  • Analyze past campaign performance and optimize new web experiences based on insights.

Support Launch Deliverables:

  • Submit content requests and work closely with creative and brand partners to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and create a best-in-class web experience.

  • Gather information and materials for product launches with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Administrative Tasks:

  • Update project tasks and timelines in basecamp and or smartsheets.

  • Maintain project documentation, including notes and plans.

  • Prepare and share reports on content performance and campaign progress.

  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to site merchandising initiatives.

Professional Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or a related role.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager, Page Designer, or other CMS and e-commerce platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in digital merchandising techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated motivation for creative problem-solving and challenging new ideas in strategy and planning.

  • Proven ability to analyze customer journeys and drive strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
