Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Day-To-Day Contact for client operational needs
Coordinating/Executing night crew activities with night supervisor
Coordinating/Executing Floor Crew activities with night supervisor
Coordinating/Executing Kitchen/Floor Mat activities with night supervisor
Ensuring Daily/Weekly/Monthly customer requests/reminders are executed properly
Ensuring proper supplies are distributed to the appropriate closets within each building
Maintaining of supplies which includes ordering, distribution and inventory control.
Ensuring proper coverage of buildings
Work with Service Delivery Executive for assistance on staffing.
Ensuring Service Delivery Executive & Customer walk through notes are executed operationally within a 2 work day period.
Execute payroll activities which includes signing off on time cards, approving over time, collecting time cards, updating time log and submitting to Payroll Manager at the end of the pay periods.
Conduct closet audits weekly for each building to check that equipment is operational. Tag out broken equipment and bring to corporate office for fixing.
Distribute and collect facilities reports from day porters weekly and turn in facility tickets to client for repairs, weekly.
Ensure that buildings are presentable at all times (walking buildings)
Conduct safety trainings with crew members and keep on file.
Conduct operational trainings with crew member and keep on file.
Report into Service Delivery Executive and execute assigned work appropriately.
Report malfunctioning or broken facility related items to Client to correct.
Ensure all staff is properly trained in their buildings
Walk building 1 and Ventures building 5 daily to ensure quality
Issue disciplinary action as seen appropriate
Issue trainings to all employees as seen appropriate
Work with Service Delivery Executive on any issue(s) where appropriate assistance is needed
Work with client(s) and Service Delivery Executive to execute operational items timely.
Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position as it requires face to face interaction.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by Service Delivery Executive (i.e. assist with new duties or new accounts).
Must have own transportation as the position requires travel to various locations.

Valid CA Drivers License and clean driving record.
At least 3-5 years experience in the Janitorial Industry as a Supervisor
Background check required
Must have ability to read and interpret documents such as but not limited to safety data sheets (SDS), operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals, etc.
Must be able to understand and to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form?
Ability to multitask in a fast pace work environment
Be able to work in a team oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude at all times, and be able to assist the team/department to complete goals.
